Our second edition of Crochet & Yoga with amazing Martina (@mygrannysaidtome), this time for advance practitioners! We spent a few hours in Gulbenkian Park, in the heart of Lisbon, with a group of amazing girls, laughing, sharing our stories and learning to crochet a pretty and handy bag for our Yoga mats. Late afternoon, we closed the workshop with a grounding sequence for stress-relief and we shared some snacks and fruits. The girls left with a leaflet with detailed instructions of how to crochet the bag, colourful yarn, some slides with short breathing exercizes that they can practice anytime in the comfort of their home and hopefully some nice memories. We are planning another one sometime in autumn, so stay tuned!
